A tough native perennial grass with extreme tolerance to drought and flooding, making it suited for wetland sites as well as beachfront landscapes. It grows to 2’ tall, 3’ tall to 3’ wide when in flower. Tan seed plumes remain attractive in winter. Nice for borders, cottage gardens or native plant areas. Best in full sun.
