Magnificent deciduous native azalea in a golden yellow flowered form 5’ tall. It produces a delightful honeysuckle-like fragrance that is enjoyed by butterflies, hummingbirds and humans alike. It grows well in some shade but it doesn't like wet feet. Easy to grow. The flowers appear in early spring at about the same time as the leaves appear.
